It has large rooms and AWESOME location near to the train station and the water taxis and restaurants close by on the water shielded from the afternoon/evening sun. The host, Elisa, makes you feel at home. It has exceptionally comfortable bed and down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows.

I absolutely loved the kitchen in Casa Fondamente Nuove! It had everything I needed, including a dishwasher and microwave. It made cooking and enjoying meals so convenient. As someone who enjoys cooking their own meals, this was a big plus for me!

Personally, I found the shared bathroom with a bath or shower a bit inconvenient. But hey, I understand that some people might not mind it at all.

We had an amazing time at Casa Fondamente Nuove during our recent stay. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated, with modern fixtures and appliances. The location was perfect, right on the water with stunning views. The hostess, Elisa, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing us with helpful recommendations and even picking us up from the ferry. The apartment was also well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning and a washing machine. this was the best vacation rental experience we've had.
